RedGum is delighted to announce the appointment of Jane Dimsey as our new Head of School, commencing on 13 July 2026.

Jane brings a unique combination of deep Steiner educational experience, strong leadership capability, and a lifelong connection to Waldorf education. Educated at Melbourne Rudolf Steiner School and a Steiner educator for more than a decade, Jane has extensive experience teaching across both primary and secondary years and is a valued member of the local Steiner community.

The Board was particularly impressed by Jane’s vision for the future of RedGum, her commitment to contemporary Steiner education, and her passion for supporting children, teachers, and families to thrive.
