Kindergarten Teacher commencing 2027  (Part-time 0.6 FTE)

RedGum warmly invites applications for a Kindergarten Teacher to join our skilled and passionate Early Childhood team as the teacher of one of our two Kindergarten groups.

RedGum Kindergarten includes a Bush Kinder program and provides a beautiful, home-like environment where each teacher is supported by a Teacher’s Assistant.

Important attributes

  • Authentic interest in Steiner education
  • Flexible and caring approach to working with Primary and / or Secondary students under the guidance of Teacher.
  • Willingness to be on call for short and/or advanced planned notice; please advise likely days available.

Preferred attributes

  • Skills in movement, craft, musical instrument.
  • Some knowledge of Anthroposophy or experience of Steiner Education.

Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Registered or Permission to Teach from the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • Minimum of two recent education profession references.
